How much do you charge for canvas prints?

We have a drop down list of prices on the canvas photo prints product page which gives you from the smallest size we do to the biggest size canvas print we offer.

What kind of frames do you use?

We use only the highest of quality frames which are made from furr wood which is processed by our manufacture in Europe. we use stretcher bar frames as they are the only type of frame that should be used when it comes to canvas prints as they give a proper stretch to your canvas and make the stretch last many more years then it would do when just using a normal glued together piece of wood. the frame are made with car and we have many years of experience in this field.

I would like a different depth frame, do you offer thicker frames?

We do offer two different types of frames now when it comes to the canvas prints. you can have the standard frame depth which is the 18mm deep frame. this size still look amazing with our canvas printing and also any type of artwork printing but if you really want your canvas photo to stand out from the crowd then we are offering a 38mm deep frame for your canvas print now. you can select the depth size required from the drop down box on the canvas photo prints product page.

What sort of image is suitable when it comes to printing on a canvas print?

We except any sort of image file that can be accessed via a computer, jpegs, pdf and tiff are preferred but if you unsure then please send us a message via the contact form and we will be more than happy to check your image before ordering with us.

What Is the max size image you can use in your uploader in the order process?

The biggest size image we would recommend is 10mb, if you want to use a much higher resolution image then please either email it to us at production@personalcanvasprints.co.uk or you can send it to us from another website like drop box or you send it as you can use those websites for sending us large images via email. any questions regarding your image please always feel free to ask.

What types of delivery service do you offer?

We offer first class royal mail, and we also offer parcel force 24hr delivery for those of you that need your order very fast, for this service if ordering a large order or if you order after 1pm then you order will be processed and dispatched the following days, this stands for canvas printing and posters and also wallpaper printing to. we have a standing charge of £5 for royal mail deliveries and also we have a £8 standing charge for parcel force deliveries.

Do you offer a proof service before my photo goes to print?

Yes we offer a service were you can email us your image or sending to us via the CONTACT US page and we can check your images for the quality and also we can show You a proof of your photo at the required size before we print it on a poster or as a canvas print.

How do I hang my canvas print order or picture frame and poster?

Hanging a canvas print is pretty easy, basically the canvas print is very light as we use really good frames and not heavy weight wood so there is a couple of ways you could do this. first one is what some people do which is just put a nail in your wall and hang the canvas photo print on that, second we can offer you some hanging kits free with your order, this is subject to stock though so please ask first if you really need us to send you one. Another method is hanging it on some string; this one is much loved way on hanging your canvas print to. Posters usually have pins t put them up, we don’t supply those with your order though.

Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via either royal mail or Parcel force depending on the service you have selected with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Parcel force then an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping & handling fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.


If there is any issue with your order or print then we will need to be notified within 14 days of delivery and then we can arrange for a reprint or refund of you item. the item will need to be returned to us before we can issue a refund. If there is any discrepancy with your item such as not processed as requested, then we will happily reprint or refund your order. Note that instructions should be sent before we go to print, otherwise we will use their discretion at the time of printing and we will be unable to refund or reprint in this instance.
