If in any outcome the customer has not received the goods or the good does not me the highest standard then please contact us on 01536 268172 or send us an email at production@personalcanvasprints.co.uk and there we can arrange a reprint  for your order.

We do aim to  for fill your canvas printing needs as it is very rare that our printing and framing are under standard and its rare that the goods are not delivered in the time Stated on our website.

when not instructed for the order we will use our Professional discretion when printing your photo to canvas, if however you are not happy with the result we would ask you to return your canvas print/canvas prints to us at the below address and we will arrange to reprint for free if the error is ours. if however we were not told of a specific requirement then the fault cannot be ours but we may be able to reprint the order for you on a material costs but if you wish for a refund then material costs will be deducted beforehand . if in any caes it is our fault then we need to receive the goods before we can grant a refund if this is required. we also need the canvas prints returned to us within 1 month of your purchase .
